Some explanation about the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, annual meetings, Board meetings....

The Executive Committee comprises the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer; they are members of the Board of Directors. KVTA gives the Executive Committee no special authority; all decision authority is vested in the entire Board of Directors, except what is required for the full membership to decide as defined and described in the Bylaws/Covenants.

The entire Board of Directors, including the Executive Committee is comprised of volunteer members and non-members.

Many Homeowner associations are actually run by a paid management company. KVTA budget has no capacity to pay a management company.
